Anderson House is available for a three-day minimum stay.  Reservations may be made by calling 727-898-9653 anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time, any day of the week, and will be confirmed in writing after receipt of your deposit.
    We accept cash, your personal check or money order.   Reservations may be canceled and deposits refunded if requested in writing at least one month prior to your date of arrival.

            Daily rate:         $100/night*
            Weekly rate:     $500/week*
            Monthly rate:   $1,500/month*

   *Upon your arrival, you will find the kitchen stocked with your first day’s breakfast of coffee, juice, fruit, cereal and milk, muffins or bagels, and condiments. If you have other food requirements for this meal, please identify them to us.
    Anderson House is on the second floor and is not handicapped accessible.
    Anderson House is “pet friendly.” Your intention of bringing your pet must be revealed and approved. The setting might be inappropriate for some pets.
